Thank you for shopping with Joy & Nur Studio. Each item is made with care, and many of our products are created to order. Please review our return and refund policy below before purchasing.

Made-to-Order Apparel & Totes

All apparel & Totes items are made to order, which means they are printed specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing
  
• Color preference
  
• Change of mind
  
• Ordering the wrong item
  

Damaged or Defective Apparel

If your apparel item arrives:

• Damaged
  
• Misprinted
  
• Or incorrect
  

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
  
• Clear photos showing the issue
  

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Items reported after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement.

Handmade & Custom Cups

All cups are custom-made and final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Normal wear and tear
  
• Care-related damage
  
• Change of mind
  

Damaged in Transit

If your cup arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
  
• Clear photos of the damage and packaging
  

We will review the issue and determine a replacement or refund if applicable.

Returns & Shipping

• Customers are not required to return defective items unless specifically requested.
  
• We do not accept physical returns sent without prior approval.
  
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Please double-check your size, color, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Care Disclaimer

Improper care may void eligibility for replacements or refunds.

• Hand wash only
  
• Not dishwasher safe
  
• Not microwave safe
  

Care instructions are provided to help your item last as long as possible.
